School is rolling along... I'm 99% certain I'll tie up ends this semester with a very high B. I'm good with that!! I figured out today that I could get the lowest passing grades on the next exam and final (which counts twice) and still have my B. *phew* Nice to know! I canNOT believe that in a few short weeks, I'll be HALF WAY DONE with nursing school. I've had such wonderful teachers and experiences this semester. I loved all of my teachers and ADORED my clinical instructor (who has excellent taste in music).
Without further hesitation, since it's been so long, here are a couple of pics of me in action!!
This would be me just before heading into the operating room where I got to watch (for hours) a gentleman with his spine exposed as they crammed spacers in between his vertebrae.
And this is the day I had an isolation patient. Every time I walked in, I had to dress in isolation gear. It was pretty exhausting!!!! But I learned a LOT that day.
One more exam and one more final left in the semester!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!
